Ulduar - Mimirons Head

Hello.
I want to ask If im doing ulduar in order to get mimirons mount right.
Set raid to 25 normal.

  1. Go Into Ulduar
  2. Kill the first bosses then teleport to antachamber
  3. Kill all bosses here, dont activate any keeper.
  4. Then go down to yogg sarron lairs.
  5. Kill it

Question is: Do I need to activate BIG RED BUTTON at mimiron or not?

Don’t think so? Prett sure the big red button only activates Mimiron’s hard mode.

Just don’t talk to any of the keepers after you’ve freed them.

Thanks, I wasn´t so sure if BIG RED BUTTON does not affect anything.

The big red button makes the fight roughly 10 seconds longer, mind you: the time it takes to run to the button and press it, as opposed to poking Mimiron. Any well geared 120 will one-shot each phase in hard-mode too.

I always activate it during my farm runs for an extra gold or two I get from vendoring the hard-mode chest.

But no, you should not need it for Mimiron’s Head.
