Ultra rares, layering abuse and mafias

I currently play on the big PvP server Spineshatter.
I’m trying to farm Tidal Charm a bis pvp trinket for my class.

It’s impossible for me to stay in the right layer for hard camping it.
I know that other people sell the spawn timer window and collude across factions to control the spawn by summoning raids into the right layer.

If you’re unlucky and end up in layers 4-11 you can only get out of it by getting a summon into the right layers where it has a chance to spawn ( since the bigger layers merges with the other layers as players online fall during the night )

I suggest changing the ultra rare spawn timers to a random 1-10 hrs, this gives more players the chance to obtain it without having to abuse layering in some way or collude with the other faction.

pvp would be ultra cancer if nazjak was on a 1-10 hour respawn window. we learned that from the PTR where everyone had a million consumes and every item they could possibly want. im all for fixing the layering issue but do just that, don’t try to compensate it with changes that break other aspects of the game…
