Ultra-slow progression server

I thought it was super fun during the Classic Beta when everyone min maxed level 30, and that could be done every 5-levels.

A server that would raise level cap very slowly. Starting at lvl 15, keeping the first dungeons very challenging (DM and WC loot can either be lowered lvl-requriement or saved until later lvls). Then raise the cap by 5 every couple of months/weeks. The old pvp-ranking system should remain the same, could open up for low lvl pvp that hasn’t been seen before.

I’ve not too much time to play these days and thought that it would be fun with forced slow-levling so that things ain’t happening so rapid with minmaxed lvling to 60 making me feel so far behind and causing me to loose interest. Also lvling alts wouldn’t be as much of a long time commitment to catch up.

This would allow for a more saviouring long-term experience of classic wow that I felt was lacking in the first release.

I am a scrub at the game I know but what’s your thoughts?

I dont think that Ultra-slow progression server is a good idea. Blizzard can implement some limits on fresh servers, for example level 40 cap for first week only, but i dont think that making “Ultra-slow server” with 5 levels each week is a good idea, people who can play more than 4 hours each day will just leave the game because here is nothing to do. Also about “low level pvp”, people who get current level cap, bis gear, enchants, consumables (last 3 things can be bought for real money buying gold), will easily kill people who playing just for fun, so it won’t be any difference from pvp vs lvl 60.
