Once you cleared trash after the first boss, npcs running all way back to where first boss is. You cant skip and you are unable to talk to npc (Highlord Bolvar Fordragon) to skip! Fix quick, please!

Have you considered making a bug report? Posting it here is about as useful as writing it in sand on the beach as the tide comes in.
are you sure you have done the skip quest on atleast least one toon? as i had no issue with the skip yesterday when i did it on 3 toons
If you kill trash too fast and then you cant talk to npc coz they will go back to where boss is. Yes, ofc quest completed for ages!
