The biggest problem is that one person can get 1-5 items per boss

Okay, thanks for your thoughtful comment, but what can I, lone guildless filthy casual, can do?
There is no way I can increase my chances of getting more than 2 items per month, or to make raid group be organized, tanks not gigapull and wipe?
I still dont get it why fighting little green creatures in their hotel is harder than OLD GODS. Still, there is too much damage, AoE, CC, forced movement, loss of control, clueless people who pull unnecessary packs…
I cannot join the guild and I’m not interested in any other activity, including delves, which I consider ‘easier’ than raid but still drop worse items than delve.
Probably the most prudent course of action at this point, as it seems more and more as time pprogresses that there is not a single system within the game that you actually approve of /enjoy engaging with…
Find a guild or community like millions of other players already have, and remove yourself from the LFR cessspool entirely.
Saying you cannot join a guild is a cop out answer, if you´re not willing to invest the time and effort then there is no solution. Because there are guilds and comunities that cater to all types of player under the sun, even when I worked nothing but late shift and could only raid between 23:00 and 5:00 I still had no problem finding a community that could accomodate that and offered raids during those times.
And if for some unforseen reason a fitting guild or comm truly does not exist, then you can simply start your own with 2 clicks, advertise it in teh community section of theese forums, and have a raid team ready to go in less than a week. I’ve done that twice myself.
Sorry, but “I cannot” in this setting is objectively = I do not want to. Which is entirely your right, but it´s nobodys responsibility but your own to deal with any of the issues this self-imposed limitation brings with it.

LFR is bad because so many non invested players join, its kinda like in older 5 man heroics where green geared schmucks joined, it was my end game so didnt feel nice.
There should be story mode instead which is easier than LFR and can be done wiith bots and next tier should be guilds that do normal 10/25 man mode. LFR is just a poopshow.

Yes it is. First time I saw it and watched it take out half the raid I laughed so hard I was wheezing and thumping the table. Then laughed again and yelled “ARE YOU F… KIDDING ME!” when she respawned, and took out just as many players a second time.
But nowhere as funny as being run over by goblins on bikes.
Now I can sit back and laugh at all the strange people who complain about lfr being a “poopshow” but play it… I’m reminded of fanatical puritans.

Season 1 never won a gear drop in raid finder
Season 2 : only 1 gear drop from i rolled a lucky 95 and same run lucky 85 for a pet
Then after that feel like i still roll lucky high rolls but lose my roll to someone more lucky
Sometimes i just don’t wanne do RF anymore because of the roll RNG
Getting frustrated with seeing that one player who just pretend he’s doing dmg then dies doesn’t accept battle res win a roll
