WOW Why I am not suprised, let me tell you why this game will never be succesful ever. Yesterday I was farming up BRD ( 5instances every hour ) For my BIS item, after each hour cooldown I come back and recrute members by spamming in world literally this “LFM BRD Only farm arena”, so after 15runs I get deconnected suddenly, when I come back I try to type in world and they say to me that I’ve been Silenced by a GM. Now can you believe it ? no warning no msg no nothing just like that he logs in my account silence me then get out, I said alright maybe after explaining my situation they will understand and left it up, I sent first ticket … Waited no response … Second … no response … Third … Fourth. Alright I was really tilted by then, but I said hey no problem it says one day silence tomorrow at 17:15 UTC I will be back. Then here I am Today 25 september 17:38 UTC and my Silence is still not lifted with no response Do you know the worst thing about this ? I only get to enjoy this game so little time every week and on exactly my enjoyement time I get played by a GM just like this ? I will let you guys judge for yourself. I’m truly dissapointed.
Be honest. How much were you spamming? I don’t think you would have been silenced if you looked for players the way everyone else does.
Besides that, I wouldnt be surprised if you are up for a namechange soon due to reports.

Auto report, i have a rule thats 3 Times is enough, 4 depends on my mod. 5 report for spaming… But it takes more people to silence you so i gues u did spam a lot
I see so many guys spamming the exact same msg in the same channel 4 times in 2 seconds i will report all of those guys, if this has been the case for you well deserved mute

If you spam in World Chat or in General/LFG, you will end muted. Why ? Because there’s many, many, many, many players that report spammer. Imagine if all people act like you lol, all chat will be unreadable. And World Chat is bloated, so don’t bloat it more with spam. 2 time message in a row, ok, but more you abuse … Don’t worry, people can scroll and show your message on World Chat to check what group is LFM.
Even a simple /1 LFG ELITE QUEST HINTERLAND, five time in a row, i report them to clear my chat and because it’s annoying. Do you think we are blind ? We are not, we saw your message.
Wait GM response in ticket about why you are not unsilenced.
You spammed, and got silenced for it, then you start spamming the support and you don’t expect to get silenced for longer?
according to your attitude, and the fact that you opened 4 ( FOUR!!!) tickets, my judgement is that the silencing was probably justified.
yeah, op is probably under the illusion that he gets an answer to his ticket within 1-2 hours when it actually takes 3-5 days. 
its not like serveral tickets will speed up things…
