the achievement itself doesnt matter as its not class / spec specific. what matters is the quest they had to have completed to unlock it in the first place which would be the usual tank challenge and / or imp mother on a druid. They can track that just as easy
And yet, plenty of people without that achievement have access to the appearances right now.
Assuming the barbershop checks eligible appearances when you open it, it would likely be an easy fix there, but that means people who’ve applied it would be able to keep it until they switch. Being as Blizz have such a hard on for FOMO they’d probably want a cleaner solution which I doubt they can execute, based on their current displays of competence this past few days.

I don’t understand how all of these people are sitting here fighting each other, when both “”“sides”“” are being treated like cattle, disrespected and talked down to. If you truly, really believe Mage Tower appearances shouldn’t come back, you wouldn’t be wasting your time trolling people who want them - you’d be outraged, boycotting, rioting at the Campus over Blizzard bringing back much more prestige, exclusive rewards you like have - the AotC Spellwing mount and the Mythic Chosen Dead ensambles. That doesn’t piss you off? Go do something about it.
As for the mage tower people, just quit as well, this will never happen. This game is not meant for new players; and by new, I mean anybody that started playing post-WotLK. You’ll always be a second class citizen. You’ll never have a good onboarding experience, you’ll always get assaulted with fomo from decades ago, and you’ll never be worth keeping as a subscriber if it costs them anything. There’s enough people that require nothing, and will never leave. Everybody else is a bonus.

Sure, but I can pre-pick the form. DELETE THE CHAR > blizz does their magic to remove forms > I restore my char > it still has the form since thats what it had before I deleted it and it stays on it. Far as I know blizz dont have the technology to swap every druid to their original cat form…

No idea, not that I care too much either. It could still be auto removed as you dont have it unlocked in barbershop anymore. Or it could stay. Does it matter I dont know. I wouldnt like having to fear each ID reset to magically lose a bugged skin

Own up to your mistake and give every druid a new recolor of the mage tower forms.
Otherwise you’d just be rubbing it into everyones faces that they will never be as cool as the druids who accepted a quest back when Legion was current content.

Tbh all FOMO should be removed and people should be able to earn everything thats been removed, there should be no reason to remove anything from the game.

That would be insulting. Recolors of anything as a compromise is worse than never bringing anything back.
It solidifies the flawed thinking, by also denoting a bunch of people as “second class players with uglier appearances”.
Never compromise in matters of respect. If you freely forfeit it, nobody will give it back to you.
I don’t have the skins and I accept easily that I will never be that cool. So deduct (1) from your everyones, thanks.
