I’m using Z-perl at the moment and it’s meh…can anyone recommand a good addon for unit frames please?
Elvui-classic is godlike. Has lots of extra features next to unit frames. U should really check it out.

I’ve used Elvui on Pservers and its pretty good.
Not using addons just now because im not high enough level to take advantage of it so I dunno how good it is on this client.

Is ElvUI updated for Classic? or just Retail?
I’d recommend you using ElvUI or Luna Unit Frames, both updated for 1.13 Classic. They’re really a nice alternative to Zperl.

U can even transfer your retail profile to classic.
Luna Unit Frames is great if you’re the type of player who uses Bartender and likes a more authentic looking UI. They’re simple and aren’t as objectively ugly as the alternatives.
I absolutely love Tukui Classic. ElvUI has always bothered me slightly as it feels overbearing for a HUD aesthetically but Tukui is ElvUI stripped bare.
It’s really down to preference.
elvui, go to their website and they have a classic download page if you hover over download. literally just export your retail profile if you have one and import it into classic and you should get identical settings for classic.
i cant imagine playing retail or classic without elvui
