"Unknown" in Westfall - he has a quest but I cannot take it

There is an NPC named Unknown in Sentinel Tower, he has a yellow ! above his head, but doesn’t talk to me when I right-click him. Deleting cache doesn’t help.

What’s up with him?

That’s the quartermaster and he sells stuff, he doesn’t have any quests… I don’t think. Your addons probably messing things up.

If you have done all the usual stuff, deleting the cache folder and moving or renaming the WTF and Interface folders, you can move them back afterwards, then it could be the game needs a repair, he should be Quartermaster Lewis. He has a fly to stormwind quest and give someone a note for some armour. then fly back.

Now he just changed to Quartermaster Lewis. Same WTF and Interface folders. Guess something lagged up server-side.
