They didn’t open 
They won’t up untill 2 weeks after Wrath launch.
They don’t know about it and they don’t care.

Firemaw Locked for 100 days.
Releasing pre-patch AND FRESH servers in the middle of the night so you can’t even have a proper race to max lvl. Some American player will probably get server first 70 in an EU server.

I could make a bet that they wont open it at least 4-5 weeks after WOTLK has been released because and its their words: " We want to focus on pre-patch release & WOTLK xpac release" thats what I was being told 2 days ago
They probably just have to change a 0 to a 1 for this change… So sad
Please open up Firemaw so we can actually transfer over characters we want to play in WOTLK. Or else, for many, there’s no reason to keep our subscriptions…
