Can confirm I also received one from the mailbox. Happy with this as a resolution as my weapon is now up for recraft.
Weirdly, running the old /run script now tells me I’ve looted 0 of 3 Fractured Sparks, let’s hope I don’t end up on 7 when everyone is on 5!

Had the same problem where i only had 3 Fractured Sparks , still haven’t gotten any in-game or via mailbox.
my char is still bugged and cant get any sparks, missing 2 fractured “Oshkaz-Stormscale” Horde, please help, have done every raid/weekly quest/ dungeon, delves, open world quest etc… i dont get the sparks
Sadly I don’t have any ingame mail as well with missing sparks. Until now no delve or dungeon dropped one either.
Fractured Spark via Catch-up seems not working for now.
My char is still bugged also, missing 2 Xommerth-tarren mill
Yup still bugged for me, stuck at 3 Fractured Sparks Akashiroi-Blackrock. Did every Pinnacle quest and Theater play
hi all i did 5 quick lfr bosses but no fractured but there is a difference from the last day when I run this script, **

** last day it said “you have earned 3 of 3 possible” but today it says “0 of 3” I will do more m+ and will update next news
Killed 3 bosses in LFR, finish Azj-Kahet weekly quest. Its still 3 Fractured Sparks. Hotfix doesnt work.
Game masters will not be able to fix this issue for you, so creating a ticket is unnecessary at this moment.
Was just joking about tickets not working. Unfortunately I’ve not recieved anything in mail so I’m also still on 3.
Im on 2 Fratured sparks! and not getting any sparks from any of the weekly quests or killing raid bosses/Loot caches !
Cant submit ticket, just keeps on spinning / Loading, can we get a @blizzard Blue guy in here ASAP?
Same exact problem here i did not get the spark for my warlock after doing the weekly quest.

Further to suggestions of a hotfix, I can confirm that I am also still stuck on 3 half sparks. I’ve not got any weekly (cache) content left to do, but I did a boss in LFR this morning to test it - still nothing and nothing in the mailbox, either.
Sad times.
Doubtfir - You’ve upgraded your cloak, and have 1 Fractured + 1 Spark in your bank. That’s 5 Fractured total.
Please note that we will not be able to verify this for all players. This is unfortunately very time consuming, and the forums is generally not the place for this.
quick update i got a mail from support they gave me a fractured so this char got 4 fractured(2 spark)

If you believe that you’re missing a Fractured Spark because the quest A Sparkling Fortune deleted more than 1 (and where the quest was completed last week, around March 12), you can create a ticket, and a game master should be able to restore it.
This doesn’t apply to us with the other issue of not obtaining them at all, is that correct?
