You are so wrong, i already got warning because of in game bug report. They told me if i do it one more time there will be consequences. You can even scroll up and see what someone posted, link to images with warning due to reporting this bug.

I did, as many other people did aswell. Still bugged.
How-to reproduce Bug:
- keep 2 fractured Sparks in your bag and complete the Quest āA Sparkling Fortuneā before it was fixed on 15th March.
- Do weekly activities and get no spark.
Easy.

This is becoming beyond ridiculous. The support in this game sadly declined really hard.
I guess we will not receive any spark tommorow either and expect nothing for the coming weeks.

Some folks on the NA forums reporting theyāre getting this weekās spark while they didnāt get the last few.
Call me a cynic, but what are the odds Blizzard will declare everything working as intended and weāre just permanently a full spark behind now?

We will receive the fractured spark, but we will still be behind by 2 or 1 fractured spark.
Can confirm, received one fractured Spark from this week.
@Blizz: Where are the two left? Can we expect to get them added?
Donāt fool yourself. Blizzard will pretend everything is working as intended now the pinnacle quest works again and ignore that affected players are behind a full spark permanently.
Just like Iāll ignore that resub button until the issue is fixed.

Our developers have identified a bug, and published a hotfix for it yesterday.
You should be able to receive a Fractured Spark this week, and if you were behind, you should be able to obtain them via the catch-up mechanic.

I also received a 5th Fractured Spark of Fortune from the Pinnacle Chest quest, but I am still missing the 6th and 7th on Kwyerwud-Silvermoon. I have completed all four wings of LFR, killed/looted all the bosses, and no fractured sparks. LFR is typically a good way to catch up on fractured sparks. I have done a tier 11 bountiful delve, and even spawned Underpin, nothing. Weaver, Theater Troupe, Everyday Cache (10 gobs of wax), Awakened Mechanical Cache, nothing.
Can I please just get 2x Fractured Sparks of Fortune or 1x Spark of Fortune? I feel like I am wasting my time while no fractured sparks drop. I donāt know what to do next. I have submitted tickets, and they get resolved. I have made forum posts. But I am still, frustratingly so, missing 2x fractured sparks.
These sparks are most valuable at the start of a new season. My fear is that by the time the bug is fixed and the missing sparks awarded, crafted upgrades are less impactful.

Just FYI a ticket is not a bug report.
Bug reports are made in game and you will not get a response.

I have also received a 5th fractured spark from the weekly pinnacle cache quest but not received any catch-up sparks from other weekly pinnacle cache quests or mythic keystone dungeons or raid bosses. As I understand it, completing any catch-up activity should immediately grant you a catch-up fractured spark.
It seems as though the fix has not completely fixed the issue.

Game apparently still thinks weāre capped after doing the weekly quest, so rather not fixing the bug at all.

I can confirm what the others wrote: I am yet to receive any missing spark via the catchup methods.
So I guess we are going to be behind all season.
If we make a ticket you will point us to the FAQ about how the sparks drop and that itās only a āchanceā apart from the first pinnacle quest per week, bug reports are ignored like in the previous two weeks, and in the forum itās just considered a āmisunderstandingā.
I can only add that in my over 20 years of wow I never felt that helpless and literally betrayed by the customer service. Something so easy to verify causes so much trouble for the affected. Really incredible.

Huh, can anyone confirm that he was able to catchup sparks? I did few weekly things and still not even A SINGLE FRACTURE of spark dropped. I stuck on 2 sparks.

I did all meta quest, all bounty delves t8, all awakened caches, both world bosses and 0 catchup sparks, only loot the weekly one, still missing 2 fractured sparks

The catch-up mechanics donāt work. Iāve completed LFR, normal mode and heroic. Already at the LFR moment I should have received fragments in the loot. I didnāt receive anything. The macro reports that I received 1 fragment out of 5 available. You are probably misinforming us, or your developers are unable to solve the problem. If we take the variable that the macro returns (1 out of 5 available), then when the catch-up mechanics are enabled, I will receive 2 full sparks this week and will be ahead.

Same with my character Kwyerwud-Silvermoon. I am stuck at 5x Fractured Sparks and have done LFR and Normal so far today, plus 5 cache quests that could normally have a chance to drop a Fractured Spark. Nothing. Customer Service tells me to make a post, again, so here I am.
I, too, have been playing for nearly 21 years. Egads.
I am very frustrated with the inability of CS to simply add items to inventory. Again, I fear that by the time Blizz devs fix this bug and award the 2x Fractured Sparks that are missing, the upgrades wonāt be as impactful as they would be NOW. That is the point I am trying to make - I understand that there is a bug, and Blizz process involves replicating the bug, fixing it, and testing that something else doesnāt go wrong. But that could take too much time to make the Fractured Sparks relevant.
So, 2 things - 1. The Blizz bug fix process failed because the fix implemented didnāt address the catch-up mechanism not working (which should have been caught in the testing of the fix), thus not giving me a lot of faith in the process for this particular bug, and 2. If Blizz could award 2x Fractured Sparks now, surely when they fix the bug they can code to not award sparks beyond the weekly max limit (7 as of now).
Very frustrated here, too, between tickets and forum posts - and still no 2x fractured sparks after 2 weeks. I am powerless to do any more.
