In between doing current content, I’ve returned to the Forbidden Reach to finish off normal and heroic mode set appearances from VOTI. Sitting on about a dozen of these on an alt, and all I can do is vendor for gold I don’t need.
Why is this item still souldbound? Makes no sense, SO frustrating.
