Did you even watch the video and realised what the guy said or you saw the title? Overall he is saying that it might be the best spec for St but this isnt fixing the real current frost problems with aoe.
Tldr:
Play Frost for Terros.
Play Arcane for all the other content types or bosses.

can we get like at least one more button to our 1 2 3 3 rotation, like a 1 2 3 4 3 or a 1 3 4 3 2, or anything but frostbolt flurry icelance icelance i swear my brain is dying from spamming this

Arcane is completely obsolete now expect for two bosses in Mythic

I vouched for frost buffs and changes, multiple times i’ve said that nothing has changed for frost for expansions
That’s not fair. Icy propulsion made it a much worse raid spec.
maybe if flamestrike could trigger hotstreak it might actually get somewhere since you get way better ignite with hotstreak, this is a development issue.
