Hey. This is like, I don’t know, the billionth time I’ve tried to set up a guild, but this time I’m going all in!
I’m creating a guild which revolves around a political movement called Socialarity (it’s made up and based on the tenets of Socialism, lol) , created by a Lordaeronian named Alfred March (based on Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels), calling for justice and solidarity for all workers around Azeroth! (More to come soon… still a work in progress)
Now, I do not know what guild concepts you have worked on in the past but this strikes me as ratter ambitious, elaborate and perhaps a bit… too much for a game where generally most try to escape every day struggles.
That is the impression I got from way you worded it in this post.
Way too political, which is a mess in real life as it is in WoW.
Even more so in WoW perhaps as there is no actual way to enforce laws by the players, and thereby no actual consequences.
I hope you dont use this in anyway to put an ideolegy on Children that play this game😁 Remember we need to have a good community, best of luck with you guild
There’s something funny about wanting to RP a group of communists(?) in Stormwind but then giving up after a whopping 6 posts that had some criticism of the idea.
I can only envision Van Cleef getting told to buzz off by a single footman and instantly disbanding the Defias.
So you guys are telling me I shouldn’t care about others’ opinions? Well, I’m easily swayed by peer pressure and when people throw sh-it at me (which they have been doing for years) I get sent into a pit of torment and despair so… I feel I have to comply shrugs
Can I peer pressure you into taking a step back from these here forums that tend to lean on the toxic side and thus get yourself out of the pit of torment and despair and maybe take better care of yourself?
