Who gets the Darwin award at Blizz for allowing this?
Casually seeing level 60s scaled down to 59 with 220+ ilevel gear in my battlegrounds while I’m lvl 51 rocking 14k hp vs their 23k+ hp.

It’s not working. Just blanket provide everyone in low tier BGs with like for like gear and bin off gear benefit in LOW TIER BGs. Keep level 60 the same as it is.
Those creatures that live on the seabed, eating the faeces and skin of all the other sea creatures, same creatures exist in WOW. Bottom feeders, literally scraping up the sh*t and pretending it’s PVP. Literally the lowest form of gamer there is.
They don’t want to be target dummies for the people geared at max level so they come to the lower bracket to use the low levels as target dummies themselves.
Its sad people are abusing this.
They need to nerf the honor gain so people cant just use it as a way to get their pvp gear.
Perhaps rework the old pvp sets for low levels so there’s a cheap set available to purchase for every low level bracket, that way people could all be on the same level. Cause that BfA pvp gear vendor is just ridiculous. 68 ilvl when people who are levelling their mythic geared BfA characters are in 122 gear.
Ive noticed that 99% of them are from the TM server. Guess its the new Kazzak? They are identical.

Just came up against a Horde Kazzak premade doing this, one person between 50-59 grouping and the rest 60 queuing together…all 23k+ HP. Absolutely ridiculous…
I hope they get 6 month ban then for xploiting…
Not really balanced, they just become the top geared people in a different pool.
Yeah, and when they join they ruin the balance for people who are actually levelling.
If you party sync you will be scaled down to X bracket depending on who you’re syncing with, gear will be capped and usable items such as trinkets are disabled.
So the 223 ilvl have no effect.

The scaling is busted, they’re still doing double the damage of the non 60s.
And double the healing.
All your doing is taking a problem from one bracket and putting it in another. Kind of cowardly.
As someone who constantly spams BGs I can give you my experience of most games at max being a mixture of item level on both sides. So I don’t buy the argument of “I get smashed so I play the lower bracket”. You just take the problems from max level and put on players that can’t do anything about it. Difference at max is you’re working towards gear so you can be competitive.
What Blizz needs to do is just make the honor set like it was in MoP/WoD, easily obtainable, no upgrades, and was the best in slot for PvP aside from the conquest set. Maybe then people will stop abusing lower level brackets.
The only thing that needs fixing is for blizzard to show the IL their gear actually gets scaled down to that people who no idea how level sync works can finally stop whining on the forums about a non issue. Try queuing a low lvl bg with a friend, you will see your gears item level gets scaled down and you also can’t use ANY trinkets or items (no goblin gliders, no pvp trinket, etc). A lvl scaled 60 is worse than a well geared lvl 59…
That is a flat out lie, most of my low lvl alts (unless they’re some kind of meme spec/class) are constantly top of damage in bgs even with lvl synced players. The reason level 60s do well is because they know their class and therefore play better. Join with a friend as level sync and hover over you gear, it will tell you the stats and item level it is scaled down to. Next inspect others around you, you will see that anyone at the top 9 lvl in that bracket, you have around the same item level as them. The reason most levelers are trash at PVP and have low damage is because they have low lvl gear (because they are too lazy/stupid to upgrade it via the AH before joining a bg) or do not know their class.
It’s not a lie, its just my experience is the opposite to yours, as it seems to be with some with the other people on this thread.
Would be quite interesting to compare stats.
There was a synced mage I kept coming across yesterday who was doing double the damage of everyone else in the battleground. And a priest who did double the healing of everyone else.
