This is the most epic part of the encounter and the voice acting is sooooo much better which the wrath quality. The original voice was kinda lame.
Adds a layer of epicness to the fight when you basically hear arthas calling an army of the dead to kill the players.

Lets be honest here. Thats not even a change and if somebody believes it is a change, think about ( updated graphics, black lotus changes, 1.12 talents and item stats…and the list goes on).
I think the problem with that is that they’d also need to change KT’s voice (as they did in WotLK), because the VA for Vanilla KT is the same as for WotLK Lich King. And, tbh, I find Vanilla KT’s voice and quotes so iconic that I’d rather not trade them for the WotLK version.
In WotLK it was another matter because LK had a lot more lines throughout the game to say, but in Vanilla he literally has only a couple lines (at the intro, and before last phase), so it’s not as much of an issue IMO. Plus Blizzard probably doesn’t care.

I think you can change the files yourself.
Nah any change that improves the game in any way is bad and will instantly transform the game into Retail.
Except for the updated graphics.
And the 1.12 talents and itemisation.
And auto-loot.
And leaving flightpaths early.
And buffed neutral guards.
And Black Lotus changes.
And raid loot trading.
And bag search.
And nerfing XP gain by mobs you tagged but other players killed.
And gear comparison.
etc…
No no, we are playing #nochanges. These things dont exist in classic.

And the LK voice, is it in the end? If so, you won’t hear it behind people screaming in Discord.
Wrath voice acting is a lot better so would be epic yes, but doubt they would do that
