What will happen now that Uther judged the soul of Arthas and sent him to the MAW. Surely there will be some form of action against him?

There is no problem, Arthas killed at least two kingdoms, almost wiped out high elves and destroyed lorderon in service to undead necromancer.
He belongs to the maw, there was no redemption for his crimes.
Trying to find some wierd reasons to redeem him would be fanfiction and further degradate already weak lore.
Remember who helped jailor to send souls to the maw, remember who came to her after her attempted suicide? Mawbound Valkyries who came must be bound to Jailer Lord of the Maw.
I just feel the Arthas after Frostmourne is not Arthas.
Almost like if his soul was replaced/taken over by an alter ego.
Sylvanas was her own self from the start to finish for example.
Arthas just picked up a sword and changed from “I must save my kingdom” to " I must destroy my kingdom"
