Imagine joining a ZG pug and rolling need on every healing and spell power gear for your flask spec even though there were healers and casters needing on it aswell without saying anything before the run started. Followed by typical “look how good my dps is” and “i have better healing gear than 99% of healers so i deserve even more”.
So as I said earlier I believe in karma, So I went into ZG not needing dps items or rep, but i would help out and probably getting lucky on 1 or 2 healing items. So I go in there doing 20% of the raid dps and I win healing shoulders, the healer had a fit and eventually got kicked. I was still in there discord while they continued, 20 ppl couldnt finish the raid …nice Karma 
I didnt need on any rep tokens probably would have moaned at that to even those 90% of people probably selling on AH
