Vendor Price reputation discount in classic?

Hi all,
Apparently rep discounts were added in Patch 2.3, but everyone seems to be talking about rep discounts for classic? How do they work in classic? I noticed that all the stuff for sale at the General Goods vendors are the same price even at Revered - are only certain things affected? Is there only one level of rep discount maybe?

At honored you get 10% reduction. This was changed at some point to 5% per honor level after friendly or whatever

Ah, so, no further discount after honored?

For example you get discount on mount at honored and then again at exalted, not a single copper down at revered tho.

Aditionaly u get another 10%( i believe) if u are pvp rank 3 or above
