My ms/latency is like 400-1300.It happened suddenly yesterday , i had no problem before yesterday.I checked my internet connection several times and called them i dont have any problem about my connection
Speedtest results like : ping:4 download :48-50 upload:20-22
And also i tried on other games and my ping is low.I have just problem at WoW.I am trying to fix this like 2 days .I tried every solutions by the way but nothing happened. - location Turkey
Edit: When I called Superonline again they still dont know and cant see what s wrong, they said the head office might have set an obstacle.
Edit 2 - 09.04.2020 : Today my ms is looking like 128-127(my normal ms 50-70) i dont know who but someone trying to fix.Anything changed for yours guys ?
10.04.2020 : ms 128-129 same as yesterday
12.04.2020 : my ms is fixed 50-60

Kinda same here. Since this morning(aka after the server restarts) my latency is a lot higher than standard and subject to odd spikes, regardless of zone. It is not on my side since browsers, downloads and other MMOs play fine, and the issue remains even after restarting the router, both physically and remotely. North East Italy, if it can help.

Me and my 3 other friend getting 1k+ ms too. We are all using same ISP(Superonline) in Turkey . We have tried our connection on many games got no ms problem other than WoW

I am also from Turkey and I haven’t been able to play today at all. Normally I have 40-50 ms, today I have had around 3k constantly. Waiting for a fix.

Same problem. My home latency is low enough to play lag free but world ms is absolutely high. You have to solve this. Turkish players are unhappy!

Turkey superonline. im sick of making threads sick of calling ISP. normally 50-60 it was constant 100ms+ this week but ESPECIALLY this day its +1k. I fking hate it here MTR. 80.231.153.66 This node is problematic. test yapın arkadaşlar sizde de aynı node mu sıkıntı çıkarıyor bakalım.

I have delay problem today all time. I reset my modem, change wow folder name, check my internet speed but these are not working.

every problematic node belongs to TATA which is an indian company and probably cheap as f… company like Superonline. i will insta ditch Superonline as soon as possible for sure. extreme low iq customer service as well. not worth at all to spend dime no other turkish ISP experiences lag other than sh*tonline.

I don’t think Blizzard will do something for this problem though. 
history repeats itself. 19 September 2019 same issue happened but they resolved it in 8-10 hours. Not the same progress it seems

i don’t even know who to blame.
They say there is an ongoing underground re-work due to increasing entire upload and download speeds maybe that’s the issue but. I have tried other games and pinging my self to different servers had no issue at all.

bot answer tbh. it has nothing to do with their upload download ‘‘giveaway’’. it’s because their europe peering/backbone and i don’t think there is any capable people who can reroute at least we can’t reach them with calling customer service…

Same here, changing between 600-1700 MS since the morning. I thought it would be fixed when the @BlizzardCSEU_EN account on Twitter announced that it was resolved but it did not…

Theres no problem when i am connecting via my mobile phone or use VPN.
I guess ISP itself is the problem again. Superonline strikes back…
