yep and there is still proper spiking, so doing m+, raids or VISIONS (don’t even try) is pretty much impossible. Needs to be fixed asap.

So we completely do understand your frustration with latency issues - In this case it looks like some of you have indeed isolated that it may be a problem with a specific ISP, which regrettably means it is not something we can rectify. Hopefully it’ll be sorted out soon!

It seemed like something you can’t fix from all the data posted. It seems like a specific route issue that the ISP uses rather than an ISP issue since it goes fine up to a specific place. This is further supported by the people in Norway and Turkey having the issue.
A solution might be to move your servers closer to Turkey but i guess my chances are slim convincing you to do that. Well we wait i guess.
Meanwhile you can use your mobile connection to do emergency raiding or getting your daily dose.

why should isp care where ONE and ONLY problem is blizzard services, unless blizzard contact them directly (as happened before)? as a customer we can only access to incompotent customer service representative from isp.
Also strange the only issue i`m having is with WoW, no other games or services are affected. Only unstable WoW ping that have been going up and down for the past 2-3 weeks

But i still think there is something wrong with Blizzard services since it affects different people from different countries/isps.
Of course its on blizzard’s server/connection whatever side. I have no problem what so ever with any other game, twitch or whatever, even different blizzard games, just weird af. And that GM reply was, sorry but bloody hilarious. So what are you saying, all of the sudden different ISP’s from all over Europe and beyond have the same issues, on the same day with YOUR game and YOUR game alone ? same issue since the last 2 days… my normal home latency is around 200-300 due to my location (vietnam) but since last 2 days world latency shoots up to 1000+ while home latency stays where it was as usual, i get random disconnects and completely frustrated. Did all of the suggestions contacted ISP, nothing. I am aware there are some bandwidth problems due to more people are stuck at home and playing and i know you guys are doing “everything” you can to fix but this is a big issue and effects a lot of players from various countries and locations. We just want to play!

185.60.114.159 returns with 100% package loss and network is not reachable. 185.60.112.157 and 185.60.112.158 works flawlessly.
I believe 185.60.114.159 is France and rest are (the working ones) Netherlands. So any blues around to hook a brother up with some quality WoW gaming and some of that sweet customer service already?

Still same and we have 3 more subject like this and their ISP and country are different from us also. So it is not A PROVIDER problem at all. You need to figure it out asap. We only need you like these situation. Please everyone share results in this thread and others also. Because they are not give the meaningful answers to us, so keep posting that we couldnt play the game.
