just pre ordered shadowlands, and if you get the epic editon (yes I’m a mug) you the mount is supposed to give the quest to get this set. any ideas how you start it?
Click the white and blue placeholder cube on its back, that will spawn an NPC to get the quest. Not sure how you get the Echos yet though.

You need to click the cube on the mounts back . The quest giver is wearing the set!

Good question, I’ve tried to kill humanoids in Drustvar, did not worked.
I clicked that cube but nothing came up.

I’ve received 3 echoes from a random mob kill.
Haven’t received any more drops since. If it’s a very rare drop, then this could take a while.
Make sure you’re on the ground and not flying

Just a mob in Stormsong Valley. Nothing special about it.
So it seems a random drop.
It does say: “the most powerful mortals leave behind the most resonant echoes”, so perhaps mobs in dungeons and raids have a higher drop chance?

I’ve killed many mobs and im not getting anymore past 3, possibly capped daily?
I got 6 echos in boralus (the island with monky cthulu fans)
