Somethings weird anyways, I am getting messages of my account only being a starter account ever since I bought the pre-order.
It gets fixed by a restart of the game (for a while that is)

no I have 5. but havent recived one more for 1h
well and i havent gotten a single one so far. its most likely rather bugged than gated.

same for me - 5 in 1 sweep then nothing .
definetly seems like daily farm .
So far I’ve got a total of 13. I had 5 from the first drop, then every drop since has been 1, and they’re pretty rare drops.
So it’s either limited to a multi drop on 1st drop and then to 1 EoM at a very low drop rate. Or it’s bugged alright… I got 4 myself from a naga mob but nothing since.
Well, I just wiped out the Syndicate members in the area several times and got nothing.
Been killing big packs of blood trolls by Torga’s Rest for about 30-ish min, not a single drop. Did a Wanecrest maner HC and got non (Might be because they are undead?)
Will try abandon and retake quest, in case of bug?
I can confirm its not time gated but the drop chance is LOW AS F*** so i got 4x on my first kill and it took like 30-35 min + of being in a raid group farming mobs to get 1 more. so u can farm them out but the drop chance is very VERY low apparently
I’ve been doing heroics and farming Goldmane mobs (might as well) and nothing so far. Maybe we’re missing something?
This is proving a very slow farm. Got four drop then one 
do we have to this grind on all chars, since the quest is avaible on all alts too
No the transmog will most likely be available on all ur alts, dosent mather if its cloth or plate.
Well, tested on multiple characters, dro pstops at 5 and the people I met with reported they got 5 as well then nothing.
Kind of cool to get a special little bite of lore with a small quest but this is stupid

I got 4 instantly … then i tried to farm everything possible … zuldazar/kultiras/freehold etc … i currently have 8/40 … i cleared freehold trash before first boss 3 times and got 0 … this is currently not worth any grinding trust me … just wait for explanation or nerf.
cleared motherlode - not a single drop.
my theory is 3-5 as fast drop (daily) and then drops to like 1% chance for 1 piece each
I killed random mobs, nothing
Killed blue rare mob, nothing
Killed elite mob, nothing
Killed dungeon mobs and elites, nothing
Killed dungeon boss, nothing
