Playing PVP with WW, What on earth is going on with vivify? One cast uses 25% of energy and it does literally no healing at all.
I tested it in a duel with a viv proc after RSK. It did… 1% of my hp. Which means all monk have is port on long CD, Karma and Brew all on long CD.
WARRIORS ARE STILL GETTING 30% FROM VIC RUSH AND PASSIVES
I am treating this like a bug because there is no way Blizzard would’ve intended for healing to do so little.
