Why is there so much variety in Blood Elf Hair, but so few in Void Elf Hair, and why is there no update on this topic?

Yes I totally agree! Especially in female Void Elves; we do not have straight hair, long hair, short hair alternatives. All of them fluffy and useless hairstyles. Please add short bang and non fluffy hairstyle.

But what do you want? Normal high elf hairstyles? Or more tentacles and stuff?
velfs already got a retouch and before anything new gets added other allied races have the priority.
Personally, more void stuff. Normal hairstyles with a tentacle option. They should update all non-tentacle hairstyles and include a version with them. Also, since they’re removing many restrictions, they should have Void and Blood Elves share all hairstyles so that we have even more customization options. But that’s not a demand for me.

How about we just make all Blood Elf hair available to Void Elves, and vice versa (minus the tentacle for belves of course).

Unfortunately, void elves do not have as many hairstyle options as blood elves, when you look at other races, you can see more modern and useful hairstyles.

+100 - agree fully with this.
Void Elves and Blood Elves both need a lot of work, including more face options, new postures, updated run animation for females, tattoos, etc.
But most pressing is the fact that Void Elf females have so few hairstyles.

Blood elves have 25 hairstyles, while Void Elves only have 11 hairstyles. All I want is to have equal options.

Maybe they can add Void skin scars like Demon Hunter’s fel scars. Or maybe some Void Accessories etc… By the way in Void Elves character creation screen is a very simple and no various options.

You deserve nothing, as void elves shouldn’t exist (nor should high elves).
velfs got a retouch already in 9.1.5 with several options added
they’ll get more attention after mechagnomes, draenei, darkirons and kultirans get their turn done.

I’d personally love to see both more hairstyles (with and without tentacles) but also an option to choose the appearance for your tentacles. The odd, animated glow they’ve got now really doesn’t scream void corruption to me. Tentacles with a dark, midnight blue colour and stars would be perfect. Or tentacles that look like, well, actual tentacles akin to that of void creatures or N’Zoth himself.
