Talk is to easy, but i Will like to see all of “pumpers” here actually playing… My guildies and I, just Kick ninjas or 3+ mins AFK, Who dont advice in chat… If he/she call brbr/afk x mins, we have no problem on wait, just role one, go wc or make a coffey until back…
And when I tank, I ask group if someone need any optional bosses… Its not that hard, it’s being kind… You can do It even in a game…
Its Blizzard design, so any kind of bad behaviour from players, abusing their design, its their fault…
People are toxic AF, they cant have such a Kick power…
If dont want to carry, you are the one Who should make your own Party with your own ilvl req. (Ex: 346, 350, 359, etc…)
The problem i allways see, IS that people want a 333-340 ivl char, hit like a 357 ilvl char… And it’s imposible… Maybe the 340 IS last on dps, but still doing more dps than other whith his gear, just you have 4 geared pumpers…
Meters are not accurate if you dont know how to read them… Its like estatadistics…
You clearly don’t understand the issue here. If you put 5 bad players in a same group, not a single boss will get killed and eventually the group will either disband and/or they will start blaming each other. If you always have to boost people, they will never learn how to play. You’re allowing their behaviour by not teaching them a lesson or telling them what they’re doing wrong.

thing is , people been complaining about that for a really long time now and blizzard refuses to change the way vote kick works

No, i was DEAD when he pulled. literally dead on the floor. And he was running to pull the next pack before I even resurrected. then he died before the rest of us (obviously) and got a headstart on the corpserun.
If he had waited for FIVE friggin seconds, just once, there would never have been a problem. But he’s obviously a terrible tank with zero awareness of the group.

That’s how you end up with crappy game designs though. No one pointing out the obvious faults with it, and when someone actually does, they get called a crybaby by the trolls and downvoted.

Yes. Tanks are probably immune to being kicked, but like i said, I saw dps getting kicked for valids reasons such as afk for a long time or offline.
In my opinion even dps is a valid reason for removal. I´m not talking about low dps, I´m talking about dps where the dps being there or not would not make any difference and believe me, these dps also exist
Imagine if the whole votekick culture is just people “testing” to see if it’s as bad as it is by test kicking. And eventually it happened in sucha big extent, that people think they’re just being kicked for no reason.
i started playing tank at launch and no issues unless , unless someone is afk or really bad we replace.
then i seen people complaining about the random kick until i rerolled my boomy.
most people kick for low dps even you are low geared they dont care, no mercy you are thrown out
some people want you to have 40k dmg on every pack like Dks
some people kick you for needing their loot ( imgur. com/a/KCLys2O ) this is what happened to me, joined at 3rd boss, got kicked after a feral needing my boomy gear , they were guildies.
if you argue with anyone about anything, even if he provokes you, he will vote for you and mostly people dont read prompt, they click yes
after that i tested it , and i kicked people randomly
It got so far that even tank is not safe from random kick.
I ran normal RDF for weeks to get all the pre-raid BiS that I can purchase for Justice points before I start doing heroics, only to get kicked after first boss in SFK.
I’ve hold my aggro, used all my cd’s when I should, nobody died, we killed the first boss, I rolled greed on the robe that dropped, proceed to go upstairs, suddenly… loading screen. Nothing being said in chat, just random kick after first boss.
Only thing that was wrong with the boss fight is that nobody interrupted Stay of Execution, but we had holy paladin in group thus I’ve left that to the healer to interrupt whenever they feel confident to heal everyone.
We killed the boss and nobody died. Nothing was said in the chat either, thus I can only guess.
Maybe they blamed me for not interrupting the boss heal and that was the reason for kick.
Is that even reason to kick me since I was not the only one who could interrupt that?
Also, why they didn’t said anything? From what happened, I have absolutely no idea what I was kicked for, and that’s what infuriates me about it.
It was sudden kick without single word, while I did nothing that would cause wipe, and my gear is sufficient for heroics since I got properly geared from normal dungeons and Justice points vendor.
Only upgrades to me are heroic version of items that I already have.
Still got kicked for some reason.
Today i did my first HC dungeon on my main, the run was going smootly but a certain point our healer (a priest from lakeshire) wanted to kick me because i was still using some HC ICC 25 gear, the rest of the group voted for no because my damage was more than enough (especially in big pulls).
The funniest part has been to report that i was second overall in damage and the one below me a mage his gear was mixed whit hc dungeon and raid loot.
I even made a lv1 char to poke him on lakeshire, yo say that i could teach him how stat scaling works
