Same issue, I think its just a problem with Spineshatter. It says I have characters on the server selection screen but when I log in none show up.
If I said it once I’d have say it a thousand times this is why you don’t hire wokies.
The trouble is, it’s weekend, everyone at Blizzard is either asleep or passed out.
i changed the realm. than i came back to spineshatter, i see only my character name and cant clicked enter world but did it after 2 min. now it stucked at 80% 
Yeh exact same issue, can access characters on HC servers but not on Spineshatter, top class
