Yo, I returned back to finish Alliance war campaign and 3 my quests aren’t count(The Void Solution, Bilgewater Bonanza Go Boom, Find the Paper Trail). So I abandoned them and I cannot take them back from Quest Giver(Magister Umbric).
Also i found the same problem on US Forum
