More than 6 hours have passed and still no answer from bliz on my ticketā€¦

They just closed my ticket after 4 hours with ā€œContact your ISPā€ā€¦

I had an answer to my ticket and they just advised to go to this article lol jokers

Itā€™s a warband problem because I cannot login on this account which has lots of characters after I bought TWW today, but I can play without any issues on my other account which I use for classic wow and I literally have no characters on retail in there.
Just made a character and got to lv 10.

Seriously? so noone is working to solve this by their sideā€¦

Iā€™ve got the same issue, I can not understand the audacity to share basic troubleshooting steps and internet issues to multiple players from different regions. Obviously it is an issue on their end and proper compensation should follow this major inconvenience.

Iā€™m having the same issue. I submitted a ticket with details about the troubleshooting steps I have taken and basically only got a link to the ā€œtroubleshooting guideā€.

Happy to see thereā€™s a blue post here at least! I hope the subscription time lost to this is refunded.

Canā€™t you just restart the login server or whatever handles warband update?

I have the same problem and I submitted this morningā€¦
I do all, Scan and rapair, reinstall, flush end renew IP but nothing.

lol same here, as its not affecting classic or people already playing, it does seem to be an issue with the account warbands conversion thingy, at least they are looking into it

Do you have any idea how long this might take to fix?

I just came here to say that I am also hit by this issue. I just bought TWW epic edition, and the moment I tried to log on I also get the ā€œupdating warbandsā€ message and then I get disconnected. Hopefully blizzard wil have this fixed zoon.

Same here. Just got a different error code though, but clicked it away too fastā€¦
