Warbands updating your account

Having the same issue on completely clean new installation.

Edit:
Installed it on completely different Linux laptop, using different ISP and different 5G router. Issue still persists.

Same issue here too! Have also opened a ticket, after trying all of the above - hours of my life & money wasted again thanks to this game and I’ve not even got to play it yet LOL! Not looking good blizz.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issues you are currently experiencing logging in were you are seeing “Your account is being updated for the warbands feature. Please wait”, followed by a WOW51900319 disconnection message.

Our engineers are aware of the issue and currently looking into a fix. We do not a time frame we can provided as to when this will be resolved but you can rest assured that this is a priority.

So they are working on a fix.

I have been having this same issue for the last half a day, honestly for the £50 spent on this game I feel like I’d be getting better value purchasing concord.

Waiting for hours tried almost everything now I’m reinstalling the game. But I think it’s something blizzard need to fix!

This post is to all who experience the “Warbands updating”-thing, resulting in the WOW51900319 connection issue. It seems to primarily hit people who just bought TWW today or within the last few days.

I just got the following reply from blizzard on my ticket.

So it seems like blizzard is aware of the issue and is working hard to fix the issue.

I just received the same answer to my ticket I opened a couple of hours ago.

Just to clarify its not just people that have bought TWW, i don’t have that or even an active subscription and i still cant get in without hitting this issue.

Hopefully they will fix this soon enough.

Thanks confirming it. Is there a way to let us know what happened because its weird that only ppl who wanted to start playing today have this problem. And I hope this get resolved quick been waiting 7hours almost, still hyped to play though

Thanks for posting. Same issue here. After the ‘your account is being updated for the warbands feature’ popup I get a disconnect and WOW51900319, darn. wanted to check out the new expac when still haveing some days off :slight_smile:

Im glade to see Im not alone. Bought expansion today, resubscribe and then hiting this issue. Just a question, you guys didnt fix so far this bug or whatever…are we players gonna recieve one month subscription free or what? thanx

Not only it’s not fixed, I just received a response to the ticket I opened with a generic copy paste of how to troubleshoot. It also said to look at the forums if it doesn’t help. They proceeded to close the ticket after that, without me replying at all or having my issue adressed/fixed. I can understand a response from blizzard like the one posted in this thread but the way the tickets have been handled are unacceptable.

And they could atleast write it before you buy today that you cannot play when you not played in the last month

I hope. At least they have to extend our subscription. and also, my ticket was closed with a generic answer of how to troubleshoot. I think that there are many people that generally don’t look at this forum and they don’t know that is a wow internal issue

Having the same problem here, I bought TWW and added a 1 month Sub today
when i try to log in i get “account being updated for Warbands” then disconnects (wow51900319)
