Warcarft needs a new game series

Something attractive, fun and great to relaunch it and revitalise wow.

This would be game alongside wow, like a single player series Witcher 3/Elder Scrols/Dragon Age/Mass Effect type game series, that drives a great story every 5 years.

Wow continues more in the style of classic, e ploring the new areas of the RPG game, introducing new areas where the rpg might go, also some of the raids and bosses that perhaps didnt quite die off in the other game or introduce new ones.

It will mainly build races and zones so you are exploring the world of warcraft experienced in the series. Like classic did, more race campaigns, zone focused stories…more fleshing out of races and groups. You will get more allied races, classes and class identities, more raids and dungeojs and new areas, but added things like continuing race stories, building race capitals and zones as anongoign thing…play as the denizens of the world made famous in the RTS games or the new rog

Wow is unchanged, largely still brings new features with each expansion, it is its own game, it shares the world with the other game series, the only difference from now might be its focus from the only source of driving the narrative of the franchise…which the new game series would do.

Example of new features wow keeps bringing

Example: race campaigns that continue every expansion.
Build your race uo - capital and zone alongside race campaign - every patch brings a little bit more of your races city or zone you can build up
New artifact power system is now racial power sources ( like well of eternity for Nelves, Sunwell for Belves, Atamal crystlas for draenei, Path Khazgoroth for dwarves etc and the next patch it shifts to sone other power source, like world tree emerald dream for nelvesm light side of the sunwell for belves, that keeps it fresh just like legions artifacts had a second tier in the first patch, then did a third with crucibles andlegendary.

The new one because it is race based could not only do indicvidual lines for each class spec, i,e, boosting the well of eternity unlocks different abilities or paths based on your class, however also unlocks racial anilities andboosts to those as something different.

Jew class identities in addition to new classes, illidari warlocks for night elf locks, Arcane elementalists is an identity that uses the shaman class for elves and humans/forskarm ( a lost combat form brought back when the Moonguard rejointhe niht elves and the dusk guard teach the blood elves ), the new class can have several identities, like tinker and Locus Walker, just like existing classes can get new identities like the arcane elemntalist that fills in the missing shaman class slot in elves andhuman / forsaken, also can provide specialised identities like the Moon Priestessfor Night elf/Nightborne priests or the Ranger for elven hunters etc)

The new game series would be a great production, great game, great story, looking to take over from flagging series like Mass effect, Dragon Age and surpass the Witcher.

It would and coukd easily massly popularise warcraft in a way WoW can no longer do by itself, breathe new life to the franchise, which in the future could lead to more movies, tv series.,.in a way i dont think a wow expansion can ever do again.

Face it, wow is in a slow steady decline, it is traooed, they cant reboot the MMO, cos its still too popular, but no one is as interested in warcraft as they use to be, relyijg on a mocie to boost the image is risky as the first proved, it needs a solid game behind it.

The only solution is a great game series to come along wow… it would revive the franchise, and revive wow as well, people who get into the single player series would want to come to WOW to experiencemore, learnmore and play more, the game will attract many console and formerwow players.

If they link the two we shoild have a great thing going, that could potentially rebive wow

There will be no new WoW series. Blizzard is shifting its expertise towards mobile gaming. The only thing we will see is a couple more expansions for WoW and mobile games.

Mobile games :face_vomiting::face_vomiting: I can never get used to that I have been and always will be a PC player and console player.Blizzard needs to realize their players are pc gamers but they can’t stop the mobile market because alot of Asians are their target audience and they are more numerous then all of EU or US.

It’s a huge market because so many people do have phones. I don’t play a lot of games on my phone. I used to play Simpson’s Tapped out a lot but now I’ve lost interest. Mostly just cards games.

Just bacuse there focusing on mobile, doesn’t mean they can’t make wow games.

Age of empires/command and conquer style (rts) game, could easily be cross platform with pc. It’s not a fast paced fps game. So hardware doesn’t matter. And it’s easy to make/nice graphics.

Not many games out like that any more, and you can have epic campaigns/story. Multiplayer, map editors etc. Not seen a good rts for many years.

They could actually load a cash shop up with map bundles, hero skins etc to rake in the $$ and not make it p2w. Games like that can easily be cross platform to phones/console/pc.

I really don’t get blizz as a company. They rarely make new games, and just milk them for years.

Yes they do but most of us don’t game on phones we use the phone for calls and texting watching movies or series and for browsing the web.

I’m not sure if Warcraft actually needs it, but I’d love a single player RPG like The Elder Scrolls set in the Warcraft universe.

I use my phone primarily for calling and texting and browsing the web or use the email and wow forums here and watch some movies and series on it when I’m traveling near the Bulgarian border to visit my best friend or when I’m traveling abroad I like to watch aswel. So that’s what I use my phone for I don’t play games on it that’s what the PC is for and for learning c++ programming. Also i tried playing games on my phone and my battery gets drained like a black hole.

I can’t watch tv on my phone, it’s just too tiny, prefer my tv for that  It’s not that I can’t see it, I just don’t like it on such a small screen.

I know lots of people that do watch everything on their phone.

Well good luck with that cuz the mobile industry is getting stagnated and a lot of people are not buying the zomg expensive phones so they can sell their mobile games to elite people who buy phones every 6 months .
I am happy with my 400 $ Xbox one x and 350 $ ps4pro .

Oh lol so true :joy: I buy a new phone every two years and i ain’t going to spend a fortune buying top notch phones that cost like a good high end PC nowadays and on top of that throw in another 100 or so euros just to buy some new phone crap plus microtransaction dlc cost so no it’s not worth it I’m better off with my mid to high end PC and buying some games that don’t have dlc on top of dlc on top of another dlc.
