Could be that the site you are looking at is giving the wrong information and it’s the Alliance buff.

There is a similar one for Alliance, I’m not 100% sure of the source. Besides it’s an easy thing to do, just MCing.
There was windsor’s fury, which is only similar in that it also gives attack speed, and that also got fixed because it wasn’t intended to be brought outside of brd.
Make a 2nd account, level a priest to 60, MC your main when the buff is coming. Not a bug.
Why would Blizzard get rid of this? Haven’t you been paying attention lately? People pay a 2nd sub for this you know. As we’ve seen with the latest “PvE-transfer bait” changes, they’ll do anything to make people spend more money. I’m surprised they haven’t added a similar Alliance buff yet so Horde could do the same.
But maybe that one Horde player dev will notice this and get triggered again, like that time he got camped in the AV cave and changed the game, or that time he got endlessly beaten by premades and changed the game.

Dont know what the fuzz is about. As it is, it’s a RP Buff that greatly benefits Horde over Alliance.
