All my comments previously explain why I donât think itâs right that one legendary gets removed from the rightful classes that can wield it. So Iâm going to stand by those 
I fear this topic will have a lot of repetition especially as I get quoted a lot

Yes they can or could, before Illidan made them train with Warglaives only.
Honestly I donât mind making them transmoggable to to other classes. I actually thought they would be, but I also understand why theyâre only exclusive to DHs.

Oh well. Guess thereâs no turning back now. I can only hope that they make more class-specific legendary weapons for classes that donât have them already.

You could play Survival hunter, and they cant mog any legendary weapon, sad day for them 
At the mog itself, weâre unavaliable since 8.3 ptr,most people has think it was a bug but look like no.

For the last time, both version (swords and glaives) exist in the database.
But only one exists in game thanks. And i have them for years and still want none DH to have them .
If you could use staffs it would not bother me at all you collected it you wear it.
I made my point clear, this convoluted compromise is because the WARGLAIVES of Azzinoth should be of the warglaive weapon type and so dh only but they didnât change it so people who looted the old version can still equip it. Like it or not blizz chose the lore friendly decision.
