we are lack of players in horde, not a single war chest captured by us, i seen alliance everywhere. feels like we are outnumbered heavily.
gladly ask. alliance had a buff for years because of the ratio. now it’s completely unbalance but in the other way. we don’t even have that buff.
what about the famous sharding system? shouldn’t it solve this? looks like it’s just ruin things like zaralek cavern rares 
This is absolutely true but I don’t think blizzard cares. there are 1-2 horde per 10 alliance in every war supply. The gameplay is ruined because of this. Despite this, alliance players get more war mode bonuses…

I wish it to be fair for both sides.
I main Alliance, and yeah, it is annoying (I also have horde alts, my main rogue is forsaken, coughs ftw) But YES it is really…REALLY…bad.
Ironically enough I hate it as alliance as well, no pun or joke intended here, when I play with war-mode open, I do so as I want to experience big fights, or even battles…I want to fight on that chest, not see a 2v12 massacre…
They should either fix sharding, or give us allies a buff to appear as hordies on the outside world, or make us hostile to our own faction, because genuinly it’s so-unbalanced, numbers wise, it is no even funny…
Horde still have better racials outside of shadowmeld, horde still have generally more population playing in warmode too. Get shard diffed.
The warmode bonus is based on total playercount in warmode, horde still has more numbers but hordes tends to create more premade groups, this causes their sharding to be different as the game actively shards away groups to avoid the zones lagging. This is whats creating the sense of ghost town.
Alliance also creates their own premade groups which again fiddles with the sharding. I havent even finished leveling my ally yet as im loving horde on AD shard, its true its hard to compete for chests but having so many attackable targets everywhere is fantastic. Its not like those chests contains anything of value at this stage of the game.
Atleast in DF ive seen way more horde premade groups farming rather than PvP. So when you go after the war chests ive seen quite alot of horde groups just spam farming something and ignore going for the chest.
yeah, it is a long-term problem. blizzard is one of the reasons behind it, they did nothing to stop it and realms are almost one-sided. the same story applies to alliance players in some other realms.
but as far as I remember, TN is majorly a horde server. how come suddenly alliance can be the majority over there? probably alliance people turning on their war modes more than horde players.
it used to be unplayable as alliance, IN BFA so they kept pushing the “go alliance warmode on get more honor” “here is your free quest of heroic gear because you are losing in world pvp”
fastforward 4 years, everyone who’s dremotly decent is alliance
and we are plagued with vulperas.
i HIGHLY doubt its working properly, ive never EVER seen horde dominate for more than 15-20 minutes x week/month, in the last 4-6 years
i think this all “warmode is a flexible system” is bs.

meh, i primarly play horde myself now a days on AD n RP servers are notoriously ally dominated. I actually prefer ally for their nicer cities n such but for me being the underdog faction is the whole appeal of it. I dont really encounter all that many groups n mostly just attack everything i see.
If you want to farm airdrops, which i dont really see a reason for the drops are awful. Just get some freinds n you should be able to secure it even with inferior numbers. Whichever faction is dominant is so used to not being contested that they dont seem to even understand whats happening when they´re attacked. Yesterday there was this ally guy who sat staring at the horde claimed box for like 2 minutes seemingly not understanding why there were no goodies for him in it. It was beatiful.
For most part i dont really care about boxes unless im playing with a couple freinds. I find warmode far more enjoyable as horde than ally because there are far more targets to attack n to me thats the whole point of warmode. I dont really like group content that much so for about 90% of the time i just fly around solo looking to brawl with whoever i come across.

I have my horde characters on different servers and I can say it is a huge difference on what shard your server go to.

I don’t know how it works but for sure on tn server when war mode is on there are 10 alliance players around for every horde player.
I can’t do any world quest especially in prime times.
I don’t want to play with war mode turned off but I would like to be on the side with the numbers advantage even if it’s rare.
Can you suggest me a server where the horde population is more when war mode is on? If not, it’s time to quit the game because the game is not playable with war mode on.

Horde don’t even have better racials anymore after orc nerfs.thats why everyone switched back to alliance that’s why horde suck in every bg.cause only pve bots have left.
