@Lanie, I respectfully disagree, I think there’s lots to be discussed regarding putting mounts on the store.
Let’s go through your way of discussing however!
First you enter the thread, complaining that I shouldn’t cry about this topic, which I feel strongly about, and calling me “Very, very sad.”
Then you ask why I didn’t discuss this in a different topic. Fair enough, and as explained to Tifa it’s because many complain just to complain, without much substance. I wanted my post to be about adding mounts to the store instead of in-game events, to a game we pay monthly for, which is in a rough state lately.
You also bring up “You can buy the mount with in-game gold” which I explained to Bukachu that I know perfectly well, therefor disregarding this as not worth discussing any further. My complaint isn’t wether 360k gold for a mount is too much or not.
About me being poor - I can only afford this game with gold, and let’s say I have a month without much income gold-wise, I need to have some amount of extra, that is my problem, not yours! I was just describing why I was sad about the cash mounts earlier.
“It’s for the Chinese,” doesn’t mean anything to me for my post. It can be put as a Lunar Festival reward and still be meant for the Chinese no?
And yes, Blizzard is a company, I agree they should be focused on making money. But hopefully by having lots of happy customers, not because a a few thousand loyal customers buy your expansions, your mounts and pay monthly for your game. This is of course in my opinion.
lastly! “Don’t like it, don’t buy it,” is very saddening to see. I want this game to be great, and I care greatly of it’s future. I’m a believer in that we should raise our concerns in matters we care about.
