WASD movement feels sluggish

Something feels off after today. Moving using WASD keys, turning left/right feels really off and slow. Anyone else noticed this

I use WQES intead, with Q and E being used for strafing. I never keyboard turn if given a chance and it’s much faster/more natural! A and D are my action keybinds. :grin:

I saw someone else mention this in another topic, they also had a solution. Let me see if i can find it for you.

for anyone wondering
i posted the fix as the following

  • use /console turnspeed 3000

but i use

  • use /console turnspeed 250

250 seems more normal

I had the same problem earlier (about 6 - 7) hours ago. I rarely open options so I knew it was not something I had changed. I checked on another character to see if it was an account wide problem and they were normal. Logged back to my main and the problem had disappeared.

Use a controller , wow has controller support.

I use an xbox controller works great. I only keyboard and mouse for M+ and raiding.

controller for everything else.

I wish wow will now work on controller support .now that they are owned by microsoft and microsoft has very good xbox controller support team .atleast used to have .i dont know about current situation after lay offs

None of these are solutions. Relogging is a simple workaround but the problem is back again each time you start wow.exe fresh.
