Well that was a whole lot of nothing.
honestly, housing looks like it should be in a completely different game. What a waste. Imagine if they actually put that much effort into WoW, we’d have a much better game. Instead they’re wasting it on something nobody wants.

Almost every mmo except wow at this point has it. I look very much forward to it. Housing is pretty much the only reason il buy midnight 
rest of the game is just more of the same since dragonflight.

Still have so many questions about Neighbourhoods but I presume more info will come.
The housing looks amazing. Can’t wait to get started on my own home. Definitely want a outer area plot that is more remote though.

Let them have it. If you want it, play those. Make WoW better at what it’s good at, don’t add something which has nothing to do with the game.

it already is… WoW can’t re invent the wheel forever. What would you want instead? That they built upon m+? raids? class design? they already do that to the max.
I don’t wanna play a wow where everything is always the same you know? Every expansion is just the same thing in a different wrapping.
give player housing a try! give it a chance! I didn’t care for it much my self either back when i first had my player housing experience in SWTOR. But its strangley addicting and fun to play with your own house.

Something fun, and challenging.
I’m not a game designer, I can’t tell them what to make. But I can tell them that housing is going to kill WoW. Especially with the amount of time and effort they have put into it.
If they put that amount of resources in to the rest of the game, it would be amazing.

got any ideas? We had player power and that sorta content… people grew tired of it unfortunately.
As I say, I’m not a game designer.
But I do know what has kept me playing WoW for 21 years. There is alot they can do to improve the game. Bug fixing, Quality control, all sorts.
Housing was never needed in WoW, the resources have definitely been missed elsewhere.

Just watched a video from SoulSoBreezy where he’s flying around the horde neighbourhood… THE PLACE IS FRICKING HUGE!!!
So I don’t think getting a remote spot will be a problem! I’m happy.
can’t make an entire expansion on bug fixing and such you know. it needs new things to do. new content.
what you have played wow for so long. is still being done and developed. But if wow only spent dev time on just that? the game wouldn’t ever feel new again.
No, but we haven’t had quality control for the last 2 expansions.

Neither were delves, M+, PvP, Raids, Dungeons, Artifact Weapons, Flying and so so much more. So that’s a weird argument.
Things that make the game more fun are good.
And just because this particular system isn’t fun for you, doesn’t mean it’s not fun in general for many other players.
PVP, Raids and Dungeons were part of the original game. M+ was just an evolution of that.
Agreed. It’s one of the things that made me skip legion.
Flying has its place, but is way overused in the game these days.

PvP not really. Open world pvp, but nothing else. It took a while for anything else to be added.
And housing was PLANNED to be part of the original game. It just didn’t come to fruition back then.
Your mistake. They were awesome. 
Just goes to show: What you like is not ‘the ultimate truth’, because Artifact Weapons are very well liked by most of the playerbase.
So housing is possibly another example of that. We’ll see.
