I don’t get it. How am I whining? I said I couldn’t find anything on the updated lunar festival 2020 and that it doesn’t make sense that they sell CNY mounts when there’s a CNY festival in game.
I just want to know why you’d rather have them in the store than as a reward for the CNY event in game to the point where you’re actually defending it. Do you have that little faith in blizzard putting them in for free? That’s the only explanation I can come up with.
Of course. It’s Blizzard’s most favorite time of the year!
If it were a “Gift”, then why isn’t it being given out for free? Certainly there are Asian Players who would see it as a false pretense to calling it a “Gift”, and yet having to buy it.
I’m not the one making presumptions on behalf of other people. I’m not the one telling others how other people feel or how they are going to be bored with the game they play or invest time in.
I have spoken of my situation in game, as have many others. I have agreed with those players. Those fellow posters appreciate the free mount we have received and if the reduced game time we’ve obtained.
Even if you write in white, you should be able to grasp that. I would advise you write your own opinions and stop telling others how they should feel about something. You know nothing about them or their gaming habits.
If something I’ve wanted to buy appears in a sale on Black Friday I may consider buying it, if it’s at a lower price.
You come across as have no common sense.
Person has played non stop without any lapse in sub since the launch of Legion, takes advantage of a reduced cost bulk buy sub with a free mount.
OMG how dare you save money, on a game you are going to be playing anyway and get a free mount.
Would I advise someone to take the deal if they weren’t enjoying the game, or weren’t sure about how long they’ll be playing, hell no!
Same with the Black Friday sale scenario. If there is something reduced that you want and it’s cheaper then ofc it’s common sense to buy it as part of a deal. Or as part of the January sales.
Another example. I was wanting to race change one my characters. I waited until the Vulpera were released because I figured they may drop the costs with the launch of the new races being released.
All of the examples given, I saved money.
But no no please do lecture me on how bad it is for me to do that.
Lots of people i know use 6 months recurring its cheaper for them and they just got a free mount for doing so .
I find it amusing you hide behind a classic char so we cant see if you have any store mounts.
I see your from flamelash horde PVE server now concidering its 98H 2A you are probs one of them fp campers and thought it was ok to do so thus ruining your own server.
The point is that it’s not free if you weren’t planning on subbing for 6 months. Anyone already on the 6 month plan, good for them on getting a mount with their sub.
Sure, but it’s not targeted at people that weren’t gonna sub. It’s targeted at the people that are gonna keep playing saying “here have cheaper game time and a mount”
If you were not planning to sub for the next 6 months, you are not the target group this loyalty reward is given. And still Blizzard is giving you option to get it, how nice is that? Or would you rather have it that these rewards would just drop without warning to only those who have recurring 6 month sub, with no way other people to ever gain them?
Obviously it depends on the goods you buy. Currently Amazon has a special sale for Switch-games if you buy three of them. For example, 1st party title from Nintendo usually never drop in price, therefore it’s a much better deal to get them to an extreme “black sale” discount price rather getting it second hand or digital.
But yes, if you can save the money on stuff you want to have, then there’s nothing wrong about it.
