I agree. But they didn’t do that.
So now only the horde gets updated zones.
So yeah, neither faction is getting what they should.
That’s not bias. That’s cutting corners. Cheaping out.

Sacrificing a zone that you were never in until Midnight? And why would they update the Draenei zone currently when it’s not even part of the story arc.
Not everything has to be equally fair on both sides. Just because one leader dies on one side, doesn’t mean one of the other factions leaders should die also. This isn’t bloody kindergarten. Both factions get their time to shine at different times.
Not wrong, but unless people speak out against it, Blizzard’s just going to keep doing it.
That’s the part that some people just can’t cope with.
If you look at the big picture; the entire run of WoW, it evens out fairly well.
But things are not completely equal. Nor do they have to be.
*multiple leaders
Fixed that for you.
2/3 of the new capital is neutral.
And it’s only a focus because the big strong alliance has to come save the day for the meek incompetent horde. When in reality it’s to let Alliance elf players into silvermoon like they have been asking for.
I agree, but they tend to speak out against the wrong things.
‘we don’t want alliance in our city’ is not addressing the ACTUAL issue.
Take that tinfoil hat off please. It’s starting to rot your brain. ![]()
I disagree on that, it’s an issue, but for different reasons.
Omg what a horde favorism, omg. Meanwhile it was nothing about but alliance since shadowlands.
It’s an issue caused by the actual issue.
And honestly; it’s only an issue for those who care about such things.
I would have no issue with horde being able to go to Stormwind, for instance.
In fact; I’d love it. I would likely play a horde main again if that were to happen.
The alliance overal cities and settlements aesthetic just appeals more to me than mudhuts and tusks and steel spikes. That’s the biggest reason I main alliance.
Hence why I disagree with you statement, I care for it.
As do many others. And it’s part of the ongoing story telling issues we have been seeing in the current, and past expansions when it comes to the Horde.
Or even the Alliance for that matter.
That’s fine, there’s definitely Alliance places I like as well, Sands, I played Alliance for a long time as well. Our mudhuts don’t compare even, but I don’t play Horde for its aestherics (okay, not entirely true since I love the Tauren aesthetics).
We can delve deeper into the lore if you wish and we can talk about who saved who from each faction, and the whataboutism’s of it all, but I think we’d be here all day.
It’s just people being petty for the sake of it. It’s just a perfect example of you can’t please everyone. Horde is getting an entire revamped zone, along with a ton of Horde focused leaders YET it’s the Horde players complaining??? Oh my goodness.
And that’s fine. We’ll have to agree to disagree.
As I’ve stated before in various threads: I have no issue to returning to ‘horde and alliance tensions’ and most of all: ‘seperate campaigns for both factions’.
I just never ever ever want to see another expansion that focusses on an all out conflict between the two factions. I’m SO over that.
They got darkfallen skins, nightborn didn’t
They get DH and a whole new void spec, Horde doesn’t get any new DH race but hey, at least we get to play with the void elf spec.
They wanted access to silvermoon, and now they got it.
I agree with that.
It should be part of the expansion, but not the sole focus.
It should drive the expansion, not be the expansion.
Yet.
Is this the time where I mention that horde has more races for druids?
And that has been a thing for a while. But that is fine, right? Something in ‘your favour’ can never be wrong. ![]()

We can maybe have more sympathy if you didnt behave the way that you all do.
I guess technically we have one more…”Race” ![]()
You’re being disingenuous, the only focus the horde gets in midnight is the silvermoon revamp and needing the alliance to help giving them a huge role again. after expansions of Alliance focus with barely any horde involvement.
The fact that any horde leaders get any screen time means one of them is probably going to die again.
Im sorry but i think what youre suggesting has a pipe dreams chance of happening.
Faction war and divide hasnt been a thing since bfa ending. And they are intent on conpletely moving from it from the looks of it. I can bet theyll make gilneas 1/3rds available to horde when they remake it. Its just smth you need to accept, that the faction war and divide side of warcraft is gone for now.
I dont like it either, but theres only so many faction vs faction storylines you can do before its overdone and stale. And horde vs alliance was getting REAL stale. Bordering on moldy.
Im of the opinion if pvp wasnt a thing, theyd have done away with factions even quicker than now. Its reflected in all aspects of the game. No new races are faction exclusive, removal of guild restrictions etc.
