The extra horde druid race is tauren with bull horns and one with moose horns. wowee such horde bias. And none of them has gotten their own spec.

Meanwhile all moonkin customizations are based on night elf druids

They are all different flavors of owl beasts from the emerald dream. Are you really trying to tell me that’s not night elf related?

It’s…a bit of a streth truth be told. Just because it’s from the Emerald Dream, doesn’t mean it’s night-elf. Their decorations is a different discussion.

They’re not.
Also each race has their own racial cat,bear and moonkin form.
When you go to the advanced moonkin decorations there are totemic stuff which do not exist in night elven culture.
Feathers are also typical tauren fashion too.
The Og design contained Tauren horns, later changed to elk horns for obvious reasons which isnt night elven either.

Your Moonkin can be decorated with symbols of Elune, that’s honestly the only link you have with the night-elves on the Moonkin.

Literally every Druid can freely enter the Emerald Dream, regardless of race.

When do you see trolls talk about entering the emerald dream? the players are able to go for game play reasons but no race is as linked to the emerald dream as night elves

  • Jungle Trolls are seen in the Emerald Dream
  • Zandalari linked to Rani are found in the Emerald Dream
  • Druid Class hall quests show you trolls related to the Emerald Dream
  • Amiddrasil quests at the end of DF showed trolls in the Emerald Dream
  • Rani even has a child version of her in the Dream
  • Q’onzu can be seen in the Dream, a Troll Loa
  • The Lun’alai are entirely around the moon and worshipping it, moonkin forms etc from the Dream

Can there be more representation of the Trolls in the Emerald Dream or Druid hubs? Absolutely.
But stating they have nothing to do with it, is completely ignoring the lore.

When Blood Elf is the most played Horde race and least catered for it is always disapointing. I get that they want the traditional Orc/troll locations/architecture but not giving us a housing zone in Eversong Woods is just such a let down.

I looked it up and you’re right, I thought was Elune and night elf lore with some other druids/wild gods sprinkled on top.

That was the original representation, not going to deny that.
But all that was expanded upon since Cataclysm, and honestly, as a big druid fan, I am very happy with how the Emerald Dream and lore around it is being done.

As someone who wouldn’t main a druid, It’s no ardenweald And has a severe lack of dinosaurs. but it’s still top 2 among forest zones

Not counting teldrassil because.. y’know

YOU are being disingenuous.

For the last few expansions, the story hasn’t been about ‘the factions’ at all.
It’s been about these ‘new’ groups/people/civilizations that we encounter and help out.
It’s been about this baddy doing baddy things.

Neither faction did much more than the other.
Just because some of the characters that were focussed on are ‘alliance alligned or alliance leaning’ doesn’t mean it was ‘about the alliance’.

Just like Shadowlands’ focus on Sylvanas wasn’t ‘about the horde’.
