Quest says “Listen to Dagran’s report” but he is not there. Youtube videos ive seen of the quest shows him there. Zee-Zee is there, but talking to it does nothing

If Dargan is missing in the Ringing Deeps, please abandon the quest and re-accept it. Dargan should appear afterward.
