Wednesday’s Weekly Reset is always a little exciting for a WoW player. But in TWW, I honesty feel like there’s too much you “have to” do.
Between the 4-5 Weekly Quests, the world boss, LFR, Delves, dungeon quests, PvP quests, Worldsoul memories, the events like the theatre and awakening the machine, and those new “do 3 world quests for another big weekly quest” thingies… it’s all just so much.
I know it’s all voluntarily, but come on. If you dangle a large carrot infront of a WoW player, they’re gonna go for it. Especially when the reward is usually this mysterious treasure chest potentially full of loot.
Personally, I’d be happy with the old formula: open your vault, collect a weekly quest, do the world boss, possibly clear LFR if that’s your thing, and done. It took way less time and gave you a sense of completion.
Like aylmeric said, you dont have to complete it all on wednesday. Just pick it up and complete it over the week. And if its too much im sure you’ll survive with not doing it.
your tldr shows that you just want to do m+ and raid. more or less just want gear and nothing else.
the content you find overwhelming is for people that just dont do m+, raid or pvp.
you just, cause of fomo, try to do all of those where many people just do just one of those.
so for the sake of all those people who just pvp theres pvp quests.
outdoor content for people that dont do raid/m+/pvp etc.
if oyu want to do EVERYTHING,and god you dont need to do lfr or the dungeon quest or awakening the machine.only do em if you like em and move on.
On the other hand if you are a completionist then you made that choice and it will take some time to do all of those.honestly 1 week is plenty
True that’s why it shoudl be separated. World content and dvelves shoudl have their own gear liek pvp Has its own gear which scales only there not in m+ and raids.
Then IT really would be a "pillar " besides m+ raiding and pvp
U have one for dungeons, then one for weekly event ( pets, timewalking etc ,) and then one for “helping” which we have this week .
U can choose either pact or world souls there so its 2 birds with 1 stone .
Pretty much a work for 5 mins and can be ignored mostly , but u do u .
Once we spent all our keys we are at like 6 , maybe 8 keys at best , for 7 days and u dont have to spend them, they will not spoil…
Arent those weekly tho? So this is irelevant realy as u already mentioned that.
Can be done during your normal pvp gameplay ( most of the times) or if u mean worldpvp one then it can be done while u do WQs etc so once again two birds one stone.
Just do 5x ones all at same time , if u do all your weekly delves u will do at max 5x memory twice . That is 10 minuts , literaly cuz there is timer .
Both take 10 min each, lamplighters one takes even less.
Do that during your other stuff like mentioned above
U wanna do all content so u have to spend more time . Makes total sense .
I wont do timewalking this week cuz its pointles ( for me ) and i wont do pvp related ones . Rest i will do .
It will take me 3-4hours ( delves included) over course of 7 days to complete them all, idk how that is “too much” .
Also the “treasure chest full of loot” is kinda meh, u are geting like what ? 584? Not even m0 ilvl , and iirc u get item only from first 2 chests so rest is irelevant in that case.
U can do exactly that and be happy u completed lfr and opened vault , nothing wrong there
This “problem” is becoming way too common for people these days and I’m getting pretty tired of reading it. Just play the damn game at whatever damn pace works for you and stop comparing to others.
It’s called WEEKLY content, theres a hint right in the name there.
I usually bang my stuff out on Wednesday. I work the rest of the week including the weekend. I just to what I have to. I never do the PvP stuff and LFR is a waste of time. I decided I didnt want to do the theater event, so I will either find some spare time or I just won’t do it.
Once you stop comparing yourself to other peoples progress, you will enjoy the game more.
