Had a Patron Order for Enchanting to craft some Epic Wand, didn’t even provide the 2 Profane Tinderboxes needed, for a whooping common satchel and 10 acuities… np! Not like they’re rare, high in demand and only costs 10k gold each!
Meanwhile a cheap to make Glee rewarded the Rare +skill reagent [+25 i believe] and 30 acuities.
Like, wow @ whoever “balanced” this.

this is worth about 12.000 G, for one ordinary mining weekly q.I think some people in Blizzard live a bit out of reality and should try to play wow on real servers.This is a bad joke.
I feel sorry for the players who auto-complete the quest, used to the fact that there are somehow normal requirements and don’t read this scam version of the quest beforehand,

Yeah it’s way out of proportions this week for some reason. If they wanted to up the ante a bit, they could instead have slapped a quality requirement on the ingots and/or increased the amount.
Requiring not one, but two rare reagents which again are made from 5 random rare drops for 3 knowledge points is somewhat silly.
gotta invest if you wanna rip benefits 
or just wait 3 months when prices of everything will plummet.

I happened to have two on me so I filled them out but its rediculous
not everything, in three months it will be exactly the same as three weeks ago and as it is today.Until Blizzard does something about thaumaturgy and transmutations, where armies of alts are destroying tons of low Q1 base material, ore, herbs, cloth, dust, everything that should normally cost few gold still costs 20-80G per piece.
As for the price of Null Stones, the recipes would have to be changed or at least the patron orders which are destroying thousands of them without return would have to be changed.
Either someone hasn’t seen how high the AH prices for null stones is or when setting this up, there was a shocking lack of thought.
“Hey, let’s make a weekly quest that requires two super rare mining drops. Everyone’s going to have loads within a couple of weeks, aren’t they?”
That’s nothing. I’ve had Enchanted Guilded Crest patron, only the crest provided for 50g and 1 KP… crickets
I have an addon that calculates how much each craft would cost with cheapest mats available on the AH and that also shows an approximation for patron orders. The stupidest order I’ve seen costed a whopping 34k+ gold to make. Remember, that is with the CHEAPEST mats available, sometimes the order wants higher quality item, which require better mats to craft = even more money.
I don’t care what the rewards are when it costs 34k to make, thank you.
Orders costing 20k+ to make are not that uncommon. Add the fact sometimes it requires items that you have no recipe for and it’s a mess. And it’s always 50-100g per order, like come on, even if it was 1k, nobody is getting rich with that. But 50g is just insulting.

I’m assuming other weeks have been fine, count yourself lucky. Engineering ones are always very expensive for just 1 KP.
Reading that miners or better …farmers think that 2 null stones are expensive is like reading the Bill Gates cannot afford food due the increase of grocery prices 
So skip it and move on.
Its a choice.
Price of Null Stones will peak. 
they should hotfix it and drop both null stones from that quest.And in patron orders, let the patron supply his own material.
it’s not only about losing KP’s and AA this week but this nonsense will further increase the already extremely high price of NS and affect crafts and orders, which will be even more unaffordable than they were yesterday… Ie cost of Leatherworker’s Toolset is at ~33K now…
Or the kp may place people in a better spot to farm nullstones which will decrease the price.
Or…if youre a miner the price gping up is good?
Dont just present the narrative that suits you. Think wider.

Yesterday evening, null stone=4500g, now 6000g.
Yeah Blacksmithing has had more purple crafts then not where its 0 sanctified alloy (epic crafting reagent) provided then purple crafts where they were provided
