Welcome Back Weekend stopped working

The welcome back weekend promotion has stopped working after the server restarts this night.
My account without a sub worked fine before it but after the maintenance the characters are inactive and the game asks me to subscribe again.

It has been a couple of hours since and nothing has changed, reported this on twitter but I never seem to get a response on there.

Same here, updated client and logged in. Asks me to buy token or reactivate and can only enter with below lvl20 characters in trial mode, others listed as inactive.

hello I have a problem beacuse I cant lvl above 20 during free week(I have bought bfa).

Thank you actiblizz for hyping up this. Free weekend is soon becoming free day of game time. Maybe we will have 1 hour of free game time in 2 years for next expansion when you failed SL?

Or maybe we dont have to relive this again since u are focusing on making cellphone games for the asian market instead of developing the best MMORPG (Old school blizzard not this moneygrabbing Company)? #yourblizzardisnotourblizzardactiblizz

With such a big exitement we installed our Battlenet apps and download Wow to be able to play and see if it brings same joy as we had before prior to decide buying Shadowlands. And after hours of download, we see that its not working above lvl20. BLIZZ FIX IT!

Hey, I was playing the free weekend, then the server reset hit, and I wasnt able to play anymore without adding or buying more gametime. Someone reverted something they shouldn’t have.

Shamelessly bad support for EU, Blizzard. Looks like they let Capeable workers go, and now we have things like This here and Pre-Patch thing Before.
Get your EU Support Together or you gonna lose EU Customers for sure. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
