Trying to get the last candy bucket for the achievement and Westwind Rest is missing when I have already completed the quest change to unlock it? Further, although the zone is 20-35, I am only encountering level 50’s in Kun-Lai? I am assuming this is related to the BFA mobs from the Vale. Is there something that makes these mobs jog on and give me back my village?
