demo locks maybe and instant casters are best option i think
Most casters playing in lobbies with melees of equal skill are going to struggle in a tripple melee lobby as they´re more reliant on peels that melees with the somewhat exception of DK are unable to provide making “tunnel the caster intill we win from the fast dampening” a very valid strategy.
Cant balance casters around beating tripple melee lobbies or they´re going to be dominating in 3v3´s with premade teamcomps. If you insist on playing a caster then i suppose things such as ele n boomy would do the best since they dont infact need to cast anything at all to do optimal damage so they are less handicapped from getting tunneled.

All casters with the exception of spriest can kite melees. Best are mage and lock with port, however ele and boomie deal more damage while being trained.
In fact, on ele I usually do more damage when I am being trained because they feed you maelstrom.
In my opinion it is harder to kite then vice versa, so most range have to mind and space out their mobility and anti mobility tools.
My experience from RSS about caster in tripple melee lobbies is that you are kiting your own teammate most of the times aswell, so you may end up without needed pressure to score a kill, especially if no one is going for the cc on the healer.
as demo u stand in the mid of the arena and press spot and be a raidboss, as destro u 100-0 them w bolts

If that was the case why dont you reroll lock? If you cant go above 1600 on arms perhaps the spec simply isnt for you so time to reroll lock n 100-0 people while being afk in the middle of map! The sky is the limit!

Perhaps you should! if you did maybe you wouldnt need to buy boost! Rival might be crap rating, but hey its still higher than 1600. Who knows! maybe if you just rerolled warlock you´d finally get rival without paying! i for one believe in you.

This is quite literarelly my main and the character i played to legend with if thats what you are refering to. Although i played to that rating on my warrior aswell. Season 1 was extremely inflated so its not like that was an accomplishment no matter what class or spec.
You have alot of radical opinions for someone who pays for boost and doesnt even play the game.

I have no experience with Ele, but may you tell me how it went from the most targeted arena specs, to one of the least focused casters? From my experience against them, I know they are good at keeping their distance against 1vs1 against classes like Warrior or Ret, but how do they survive double or triple melee comps?

Every caster can kite, in various capacity, spriest is literally the only spec that almost completely has to facetank the damage, and on the opposite other is arcane mage, who can be outright untouchable.
And I am saying this with my mains being ele shammy and MM hunters, who get trained almost 24/7 in arena.

You seem awfully triggered, probably by a bad RSS lobby, judging by the other thread you"ve opened.
I just had 6 lobbies in a row with uhdk, havoc and ret paladins, please do cry me a river. I play two specs which are getting bullied and zerged to the ground in arena by double melee.
What use could I possibly have in defending melee, I play none and MM hunter is weak to all the fotm melee atm.
It is a matter of fact that most ranged can indeed kite 1 melee, and deny at least some uptime of double melee. Not prevent them from getting 100% uptime.
No one said casting was easy nor that the casters have it easy, developers had to put ingame a complete separate mechanic via Precog just for that.
