Rogue - deadly, annoying and can do nasty stuff.
Probably warlocks. But if they can summon a succubus, I’d try to befriend them first ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Priests can be fun with their tentacles as well

I’d also be scared of unholy dks because zombies and disease.

Can you imagine what a person with holy powers and mindcontrol abilities would do in our world?
I’m pretty sure Mind control is very possible in our real world. We just don’t feel it.
That being said, any of the classes would be feared in different ways. I guess my choice would be Deathknight seeing how Arthas almost destroyed the whole Eastern Kingdoms
Warlock! Definitely warlock. Agony, Corruption, Drain Life… eek! All their spell descriptions sound like they’d warp your mind and rot you from within with no hope for survival. Or rain hellfire on you! Or sic their creepy demons on you to flay your flesh!
Like playing with them in-game though. It feels like an oddly helpful class, for all the scary spell names they have. Healthstones and summons are so nice and most locks are so kind, helpful and patient.

Druid. Not even close.
I could hide and stealth anywhere i wanted and if caught I’ve got an arsenal of claws, teeth and enough magic to level a small city. Also i can heal almost any damage inflicted on me and when it’s all over and I’ve conquered earth i can go hibernate for the winter and chill.
In all honesty, I would freak out if I saw any of them IRL =P
Warrior - Some big dude charging back and forth swinging one or two giant weapons!?
Paladin - a person that glow brightly and somehow avoid death by falling through a magic bubble…
Death Knight - A walking corpse in a heavy armor!? Who WOUNDL’T be scared of that!?
Shaman - Someone that controls the weather…
Hunter - Steals your fav pet!
Rogue - Invisible thiefs!
Druid - You see a bear turn into a cat and then a big flying owl.
Monk - Ok not so scary, but weird when using Zen Flight.
Demon Hunter - Horns, wings, green glowing eyes… I rest my case.
Warlock - They have pet DEMONS!
Mage - Shooting fire, ice and arcane out of their hands! Yeah nothing scary there!
Priest - Already mentioned, Mind Control!
They ALL would freak me out! Then I would ask them to teach me EVERYTHING! xD

Warlock - no mater the spec, they give out a very strong Shang-Tsung vibe
Hunter - Predator as mentioned before
Priest - warping and controlling your mind and never would die thanks to self heal…
The rest I could handle, but those three classes? Scary like hell IC

I’m surprised how little DK is mentioned. It’s literally the death walking slowly towards you as you run. And when the DK is finally close enough. He will Asphyxiate you. Now that would make me sweat.

Probably mage, creating giant tsunamis and forest fires everywhere would be bad.
Rogue - hot girls would never be able to shower in safety again.
