What do I do now?

16 days in a little more than 4 weeks…the guy’s been playing the game 50% of his time for more than a month and he complains about content, when it’s just phase 1.

Do you think we can all no life the thing like you do mate? 10-12 hours a day, for weeks? Are you insane or something?

Most of us are not even 60 yet, we’re somewhere between 30-59, because we took our time, tried a few classes here and there, and so on…

I saw some stupid bastards before, but this guy? Whew!

Heey I’m sure people have already stated the obvious solution to your problem.

How you guys do that? I used up 1.5 of my sub and still only 45, and I played only classic in my free time!

Let’s do some math.

16 days played come out to be 384 hours.

That means that for the average player putting in 20-30hrs a week it takes about three months to reach that point.

But there’s more.

Your kind of playstyle is highly correlated with try-harding across the board.

So when you add to the equation that the average player will likely play less efficient and exploitative than you did, we’re looking at possibly 5-6 months of content.

And this is not even taking into account later phases.

Retail tried its hand at offering the balanced gameplay and granular difficulty settings that would suit your playstyle, but in the process it turned from a RPG to an arcade.

There are people with 30 days played in 36 days of real time?

doubt

This is my second toon im about to hit max level on, i have a druid wich i already have at 60 and have tried tanking, healing, and dps and endgame really boils down to 3 things.

  1. Spam UBRS/Scholo/Strat
  2. Do your weekly raid clear
  3. Mindless ganking

(4. Play the AH, grind)

So the gameplay loop isn’t very different from retail whatsoever unless i am playing the game awfully wrong, it’s just like retail but without all the QOL changes like LFD and LFR

Who told you this? Who told you that it is endless? Are you new to WoW? If you’re an existing player then you probably know what the content is in vanilla.

Besides most the endgame content has not been released. PVP system is not even in place yet. Nor most of the raiding.

ok

Who told you classic amazingly deep?

Do the math please. Since the release of wow classic you have played wow longer than you have slept if you’d take an 8 hour sleep per day. As someone above stated you have spent nearly 45% of each day since release playing wow.

You have no life. That is as simple as it gets. Is this bad? No, unless you have no job and no money. Then you pose a danger to yourself. Or you’re a student leech.

… I feel like I was just watching South Park, reading the authors post…

If you feel like you have “done everything” and there is “nothing” left for you to do, go try out Battle for Azeroth, tons of dailyquests you can grind to infinity.

P.S. A real dick starts with “people say there is so much to do in this game, it’s so deep” then follows it with “I’ve done everything I want to do, and nothing else matters”.
How about PACING YOURSELF, if you knew you only wanted to play ONE character, getting best set, staying tailoring after getting Robe of the Void, don’t care about gold and hating on PvP, and claiming alt’s = only for gold.

You say you’ve done everything… I’d say you’ve grinded the things you wanted, but you haven’t made friends who you enjoy doing various things with, which is quite impressive considering you have 16 days playtime and the game has been out for 37.
You’ve spent nearly every other hour in-game.

After writing this out, I feel a little worried about you, have you been fired or are you on the mega-vacation of your life?
Either way, you’re spending too much time in a game to demand any more content for the money you’re paying.

Isn’t it obvious? He’s clearly living with his parents and/or isn’t an adult. There’s no way a person with a full time job or ANY OTHER type of commitment would be able to play for as much as the OP.

The end-game is lackluster in Classic and you’ve missed most of what Classic is about if you just grinded your way to 60 by AOE spamming the same 5 dungeons.

I could not agree more. AoE-spamming dungeons in Classic to rush to 60 is legit the stupidest thing one can do. There is so much more to this game than raiding, raiding and more raiding.

I’m still not level 60 o.o

Like, I play quite a bit too but I’ve been taking my time.
I don’t understand how you’ve managed to play so long since launch. Like, fair enough to you for playing and doing so much, but I really must be getting too old to be able to play for those periods of time anymore.

My suggestion is take a break, play other stuff til some content comes out that you’d like to play.

Find your own entertainment in the game, why should the developer have to spoon feed you with things all the time? You had content, you rushed through it. Your problem.

If you can’t find anything other to do then skulk back to BfA, though there’s even less to do in that game.

I have not once done a cleave of any sort, i quested my way to 55 on both these toons and the ran BRD/LUBRS to 60 before doing ‘‘endgame’’

Dude you’re saying you have 16 days played like its nothing…

Wow, I am stunned by the amount of hostility in this thread. He simply asked a question, what the hell does it matter to anyone if someone wants to play 20 hours every day?

Op, maybe start building a twink while prices are still low? Or rep grinding for a new epic mount?

There is not terrible much to do at max level in phase 1, other than the weekly raids. And those raids are super simple because we started at 1.12.

The raids and pre bis farm would be harder at an earlier patch, and would then consume more time. Hopefully Blizzard can do some adjustments on future content, but at the moment this is an issue imo.

Do your raids and farm your bis, or just take a break and wait for p2.

Maybe he’s retired :slightly_smiling_face:
