Would be fine is blizz somehow out communicate situation right now because this is really hard for ppl loving hunter class… In raids without dps we just offer nothing literally nothing and our dps right now is really laughable on all specs(DPS is only side to take hunter to content due to class design… and DPS is one of many things we don’t have for long time). And mythic plus dungeons turns into horror this class is dead weight in keys above 25. It’s sad cause I love hunter thematically but this is not sustainable as someone who likely play raids but also m+ also. Is there any chance to fix this situation and outwork this terrible design? Or blizz strategy to fluctuate between classes? Take make ppl sit more front of displays? Cause there are ppl who can’t afford it to create gear and play 3 classes per quarter…
What about to balance specs properly to make chances for every class (at least one class spec) to be on strong power level for rly high end? Instead of bringing other classes and specs that makes situation even disasterously worse. Whole this is leading to even bigger disparity…
What about to speak to people they used to trusted this game company once what’s happening and what’s future at least few words or something about hunters…
They have to give us a raid buff like 3% avoidance/leech or something like that, and they have to buff damage as well.
I play mostly BM and the lack of damage and burst is mind blowing, people in my keys spike to 600k+ DPS in AoE meanwhile I’m stuck at 200-300k most of the time.
I get that BM is just too comfy and basically we have no movement restrictions in our rotation but for the love of God we have almost no utility, at least make us do decent damage so people don’t insta decline…
Blizzard has taken my money for 8 months now & i feel scammed. i dont log on anymore to play last 2 months, its just…enough, im fed up with this poorly managed game its just stupid and uncompetitive
I can’t take your post seriously due the fact u haven’t done any mythic boss… For sure on normal and heroic even for some easier mythic boss class doesn’t matter but for harder mythic fights it rly does matter and especially MM is casino build when depends on number of trueshot proc in right moments without doin any kind of boss mechanic otherwise you r doomed. I won’t comment SV it’s abomination spec and not even for me but for rly high end players that address same attitude as me…
Sv should have stay as range spec it was fun and was engaging. Sv as melee is always override by others melees there is no reason to play it.
So would be fine if you take some smoke to chill your comments that are not based on any kind of experiences BCS you are lacking them alot.
I always say this I do t wanna hunter to be OP but I want the class functional in every way and this is one of the worst class right now (design wise)…
And if it stays with this design u have to be more than 5th dps in 4 single target bosses in 9 bosses raid… Actually that’s only way to bring hunter for progress harder bosses (u just need to be OP BCS u lacking everything else right now, and we know hunter is not OP at all…DMG is pretty weak). Overal Hunter is clearly bottom and nothing u say gonna change it.
I do and actually I do very well Elsaani 5/9 (your main)… So that’s exactly what I m speaking about and that perfectly proved my point for normal HC and certain M bosses class doesn’t matter… try “M” echo or satkareth we are on 30% of last boss I m playin warrior there and I know why…

Well u have done the easiest part of raid as I said in original post where the classes pick doesn’t matter so much… and it’s not “try” I just found you(your main) same as your two Hunter jabezy and falcon eye both are playing just MM which one got purple logs one one green… So no experiences in other specs just MM and to be fair your Hunters are not playing mythic plus.
Tell me then where from u have your experiences and right to speak for hunters?

I mean, I know any class that doesn’t have at least one spec in the top 3 ranks on every raid boss is considered trash tier by people who main it, but there are 13 classes, so 10 are always going to be moaning.

Sadly i think they dont really care about hunters. I like MM, but im not pushing any serious content with my hunter since it become a full RNG related spec in s2.
I see fantasy in survival, and I would play it if the entire single target rotation wasn’t exhausted by mongoose bite spamming.
I never liked BM, maybe in MoP, that’s why it has a lot of spells there, + it was interesting because of the various pet abilities. But since it become a begginers first choice class, it repels me.
So I’m sure that the hunter could really use a serious rework.
So u mr hero say someone who only does normal, hc cant give any comments on some specs? Because they havent done any mythic boss. If i do ST 100k on hc i will do 100k on a mythic boss, whats the differance o ofc nothing tyvm.

Do you seriously think blizzard does NOT think this? Just because everybody wants everything to be balanced, doesn’t mean everything will be balanced. Balancing almost 40 specs across the entire game is incredibly difficult, across many different content types. I can assure you nobody is sat there thinking that balance is a bad thing.
Literally nobody thinks things shouldn’t be balanced. The difficulty is actually doing that, because it’s way harder than 99% of people think.

Classes like the Shadow Priest who is always Op and received inconsistent nerfs.
Or defenders of the Hunter 100 miles away from those of the paladin and do not balance.
